I found this podcast to be extremely helpful! Some of the tips, such as zoom, google docs, and a google calendar I have been using the last serval month and they really help!

A little background: I’m a college junior and over the summer I took a very basic entry level part time job at this non profit that specializes in informal education. Some how (I’m not even sure myself) I got promoted halfway through the job and landed smack dab in the middle of the Real World. My summer gig turned into the start of my career in the blink of an eye. I went from making minimum wage to flying overseas for business in a month.
While I am grateful for this job opportunity and for this company taking a chance on me, the last several months have been the most disorganized, stressful, and exhausting time in my life. At times I’ve felt anxious, depressed and overall inadequate.
This is why I’ve been trying to curate a selection of productivity and physical/mental health related podcast and yours definitely makes the list!
