Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less – Of the books I’ve read in the past couple of years, this ranks near the top in terms of the impact it had on me. You’ve heard me talk about it on the podcast more than once, especially here.

Soulful Simplicity: How Living with Less Can Lead to So Much More – A profoundly wise look at the impact of constantly seeking “more” and the benefits of clearing space in our homes, calendars, and minds. This book was a TPW Book Club selection in 2018, its author, Courtney Carver, was my guest on episode 169, and I shared some of my key takeaways in episode 182.

Off the Clock: Feel Less Busy While Getting More Done – Another TPW Book Club 2018 selection, this book offers both motivation and practical ideas for getting more done without feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Its author, Laura Vanderkam, was my guest on episode 217.
